FREE SHIPPING ALL OVER GREECE for orders over €39

With ACS and delivery to all regions of Greece, shipping is Free throughout Greece for orders over €39. In any case, you will be informed by phone before your order is dispatched and you will be sent an SMS to your mobile phone with the shipping code of your package so that you can search for it from the transport company. If your phone does not answer, your order may be delayed until you are contacted.

Shipping charges within Greece for purchases <€39:

General charge regardless of payment method and shipping method, €3.00 per order.

Shipping charges to abroad regardless of amount:

Shipping by EL.TA post and payment by Bank deposit, credit card, PayPal, €10.00 per order.

Shipping by DHL and payment by Bank deposit, credit card, PayPal, cash on delivery from €19.00 per order and depends on the destination country. 

Product returns, cancellation, order cancellation

I. You have the right to return the products you purchased within 14 days from the date you placed the order. In this case, you only bear the costs of sending the package in any way you wish, either by post or by courier. Returns are accepted only if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. without their packaging being unsealed or tampered with, together with the legal documents (shipping note or sales invoice or retail receipt) and the packaging that accompanied the product, as well as the gifts that came with it (cleaning spray and cloth). In the event of a product return, your refund will be completed within thirty days of the date we receive the products.

II. In case of cancellation of an order for the purchase of a product that has taken place after completing the corresponding shipping order to the transport company, you will be charged with the shipping amount of the package referred to in paragraph I. The cancellation of the order must be notified by e-mail.

III. In cases of product return, order cancellation or your refusal to receive the product from the courier company, you are obliged for tax reasons - to inform us through a responsible declaration of law 1599/1986 the reasons for your return, cancellation or refusal.

IV. You have the right to cancel an order within 6 hours of the approval of your order, cancellation of the order must be made in writing via email.

V. Sale (>50%) and special order contact lens products cannot be exchanged or refunded. In cases of change, our store offers you products of equal monetary value to those you wish to change.
